Poppy was one of our first broodmares.  She drives and rides and is now a proven broodmare.  She was an excellent mother to her 2009 colt, Puccini and again to her 2011 colt, Blue Valentino.  Poppy is one of the largest Gypsy Vanner mares we have ever encountered.  She stands at 15.1 and is as wide as she is tall.  She is our farm representative at parades and functions in our town.  She makes an excellent ambassador for the breed.  In Europe she was used as a driving horse and she is very content working in harness or under saddle.  She consistently throws very "up" headed performance type horses.  

Poppy is confirmed in foal to Latcho's Caymus for a 2013 foal.
