Summer Rose wins her sixth Grand Championship at the Buckeye Gold Cup in OH August 2010.  Double GVHS Futurity Championship - Western Performance and English Performance.

Summer Rose wins Supreme Champion Gypsy at the Spring Feathered Classic in Shelbyville, TN April 2010.

Summer Rose just received Reserve High Point Horse for 2009 for the Gypsy Vanner Horse Society!  Her barn buddy and "almost" full sister, April Rose, received High Point for Halter and Reserve High Point for Performance.

Summer Rose might be the most perfect Gypsy Vanner we have seen and we are so fortunate to have her at Stillwater Farm.  In her first show as a two year old in 2008 she won Grand Champion Mare.  In 2009 Summer Rose took three Grand Champion Mare titles and two Reserve Champion Mare titles.  In 2010 she has won a Supreme Championship, two Grand Champioships, and one Reserve Championship.  She consistenly places in the top in her performance classes as well.  She has a feminine head attached through a refined throatlatch further enhanced by a rainbow neck that might be found on a stallion.  She requires a triple wide custom saddle because of her short back and extremely well muscled whithers.  She is balanced both in form and function and stands at 14.2 hh.  She has been so well trained by Felicia Britt that you can just whisper to her and she understands what you want of her.  She might look a bit aloof with her one sparkling blue eye.  But, she is as sweet as they come.  Summer Rose is our star and we are so proud of her.
